Why not have a coffee machine in the office?

by David Ross

Have you ever though about adding a coffee machine to your office. Do you know what the benefits are and if they outweigh the disadvantages? Lets discuss some of the issues like the choices that are available, issues with cleaning and storage and the years of indulging in coffee that we have been prone to.

There are coffee machines to suit every taste and depending on your needs and financial outlay there are numerous options available. Bean to cup machines, bringing a little bit if class to the office, offer the very best in fresh tasting coffee and imagine the aroma alone and how impressed the clients might be. That little bit better for taste fresh beans are a good option. There is always the option of instant or filter coffees if your budget is a little tighter to tantalise your taste buds. They are no different when it comes to all-important refreshment although lacking in the taste department.

All of the above machines are compact and easily stored. Gone are the days when installing a coffee machine would take up the whole back wall. Nowadays they are as compact as a water cooler. When it comes to cleaning each coffee machine has removable parts that can be cleaned individually and with great ease. The parts are made of specially designed synthetic surfaces with hygiene at the core of the process meaning that it is never too much trouble to pour yourself a coffee just when you might need it most. Most suppliers will of course offer special maintenance deals to help when the gremlins appear especially at the high end of the market.

We have been drinking coffee for a long time now. As all human endeavours have advanced over the years, so too has the coffee brewing process. In the past coffee was brewed with the water as it boiled using just ground coffee that was known to be ready by the smell. Barely over a century ago, in Paris, a new drip style coffee machine was first invented. It caught on rapidly and people have benefited from the heightened concentration and awareness that good coffee allows us. It can only be a positive influence in the workplace.

There are a plethora of options open to you if you would like to know more about the range, size, history or benefits associated with coffee machines and espresso machines. Why not think about it and see if your business benefits from it? If nothing else you will have nice coffee.
