Everything About The Popular Caesar Burrito

by Shea Suzer

South Florida has some of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Since I have lived here, I have been introduced to probably some of the best dining. I would go as far to say that it's some of the best in the country. Really, it only takes one bite to convince! My coworkers and I can definitely vouch for that. I took them all out on our lunch break to try the new Caesar Burrito. They had no idea what they were in for. They, just like I was when I first tried the burrito, were thoroughly impressed!

The cheese is probably the best part. South Florida, unsurprisingly, has some of the best taste in cheese. The parmesan cheese, characteristic of the caesar burrito, is really something else. I'm going to get it on every single burrito I have after this!

This is obviously followed by romaine lettuce. The romaine lettuce I had was crisp and fresh. I was surprised, as many burrito establishments can have spoiled lettuce. Thankfully this was not the case. I'm not surprised, I mean, it was a South Florida restaurant after all.

An interesting new thing that has been going on with South Florida burritos is the option to "crunchify". This is the term they use to call the addition of crushed warm corn tortilla chips. I have not tried this but everyone I hear from says that they are really something else. I add garlic butter croutons, but I think I'll crunchify my burrito next time!

My favorite thing to put on the caesar is chicken. I think this is the case for a lot of people. However, more and more people are switching over to vegetarianism. I hear the popular substitute for vegetarians is the black bean hummus and rice. I may have to try that too!

Tomatoes are another great addition to the caesar burrito. This isn't what it says on the menu under the ingredients, but it's really a great choice. I suggested it to everyone at the table and they all agreed wholeheartedly. Last, but certainly not least, everyone's favorite and staying true to its name, the tastiest caesar dressing!

I honestly can't believe that I've found yet another burrito from South Florida that astounds me. I mean, I don't think my friends and I can take much more! I can't stress enough that never in my life have I experienced such fine dining.

Everyone raves about the size of South Florida Food. The second I felt the warm burrito, wrapped in tin foil, I did not think I could eat all of it. I ended up eating most of it though, and still having a little bit left over as a snack for later that night. And I would've paid more!

You really can't compare with the quality of a Caesar Wraps from West Palm Dining. It is a Wrap like no other I have ever had. South Florida just leaves me speechless again and again.
